An intro to water course for parent and child in the water with the instructor. Parents will be following instructors lead and going through activities to help the student adjust to time in the water.

This is a transition class to prepare the student for a Minnows level class. Will be going through Minnow I activities accompanied by parent in the water with instructor.

Beginners class for 3 and 4 year olds. Skills practiced are putting face in the water up to their ears three times in a row for three seconds, floating on back with assistance for one minute and assisted swim for 5 feet.

A class for those already holding there breath. Skills practiced are swimming assisted for 10 feet with an introduction to flip breaths. Floating on back assisted to unassisted for one minute.

Prerequisite- Minnow II or instructor approval through level assessment..
Skills practiced are swimming 15 feet unassisted with a flip breath, floating on back for 1 minute without assistance to back flaps for 15 feet. Also working on diving for rings with breast stroke arms, and intro to breast stroke kick and technique.

Beginners class for 5 - 7 year olds. The skills practiced are water adjustment, submersion of face to ears three times for three seconds, assisted back floats, swimming 10 feet assisted to unassisted, jumping into the pool, turning back to the wall and climbing out without assistance.

A class for those already holding their breath. The skills practiced are unassisted swimming 10 feet with a flip breath, floating unassisted for one minute, to flaps on back for 10 feet. Introductions to breast stroke. Also working on diving for rings using breast stroke arms, jumping into the pool, turning back to the wall and climbing out without assistance.

The skills practiced in the is class are front craw with flip breath 15 feet, with intro to side breathing. Backstroke, breaststroke, and introduction to butterfly. Also working on diving for rings using breast stroke arms, jumping into the pool, turning back to the wall and climbing out without assistance.

A beginners class for ages 8 - 10 years olds. The skills practiced in this class are water adjustment, submersion of face and body, assisted to unassisted back floats, swimming 15 feet assisted to unassisted with flip breath, diving for rings, jumping in the pool, turning and swimming back to wall, and climbing out unassisted.

A class for students already holding their breath. The skills practiced in this class are front crawl with a flip breath and introduction to side breathing. Backstroke, breaststroke, and an introduction to butterfly. Class also works on diving for rings, jumping in the pool, turning and swimming back to wall, and climbing out unassisted.

Prerequisite- Walleye II or instructor approval through level assessment.
This class works on all four strokes with appropriate breathing techniques. Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Introduction to flip turns.

Junior Swim Team is a class for those looking for that next challenge in swimming. It is taught like the other classes where the instructor is in the water the whole class to correct technique and demonstrate, but will work on endurance, flip turns, and is recommended and encouraged to participate in the end of season swim meet. 5 minutes of dry land at the end of practice.
TIME: 30 minutes RATIO: 4:1
For swimmers able to do a 100 of all 4 strokes, this class will work on technique to increase speed, flip turns, and endurance. 10 minutes of dry land with 35 minutes in the water.
TIME: 45 minutes RATIO: 4:1
Maybe you never got around to lessons as a child or want a refresher course before a vacation. Adult lessons are one on one with a wide range of equipment that help at any comfort level.
TIME: 30 minutes RATIO: 1:1
Class sizes are kept small to ensure skills are practiced with the most one on one attention possible every week.
Thats ok! A lot of children will act differently in the water with an instructor versus a parent. That is why we do free level assessments at your convenience to decide which class will be best for your little swimmer!
